Omitron provides an excellent health care benefit plan. Employees have the choice of 4 cafeteria style plans of In-Network and Out-of-Network coverage. All plans include 100% coverage for In-Network services. The plan also includes annual physical exams and special care situations.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) WorkLifeMatters, an Employee Assistance Program provides employers, their employees and their family members with support services for a variety of issues associated with daily living.

Supplemental Health - AFLAC - All of AFLAC's policies, from accident/disability to vision, offer direct-to-the-policyholder cash payouts to help cover what other insurance does not.


Omitron's prescription drug program offers generic or brand name prescriptions at discounted rates. There is also the convenience of a Mail Order Program for those on long-term medications.


The plan provides benefits for covered services rendered by a dentist or dental hygienist. We offer 100% Preventive and Diagnostic coverage, twice a year.


The vision benefit includes yearly examinations by a physician or practitioner. Coverage for lenses, contacts and frames are covered to a specified maximum on a yearly basis.

Flexible Benefits

Omitron has established a plan where employees can contribute pre-tax money to pay for employee and dependent medical, dental, prescription and vision related expenses as well as dependent care for children and/or adults.


STD (Short Term Disability) - Employees are eligible to receive a percentage of their base annual pay beginning on the 8th day of excused medical absence, based on written evidence from their physician, to a maximum of 13 weeks.

LTD (Long Term Disability) - Employees are eligible to receive a percentage of their base annual pay beginning on the 91st day of excused medical absence, based on written evidence from their physician. Eligibility for LTD is carried over after 3 consecutive months of STD.

Life & AD&D

Life insurance for our employees is 2 times their annual gross earnings with a maximum of $150,000.00. Life insurance is also available, as an option, for our employee's dependents.

Direct Deposit

Employee paychecks are automatically deposited into a checking and/or savings account(s) of their choice.

Tuition Reimbursement

With prior approval, Education Assistance is provided to individuals seeking a degree or certification relevant to the company's interest.

Vacation, Sick/Personal and Holidays

Vacation leave is accrued and calculated according to the number of years of service. Sick/Personal leave is also accrued on a yearly basis. Currently Omitron provides their employees with 10 paid holidays a year.


Omitron's employees' are eligible to participate in the 401(k) program with a major investment firm at the start of each new calendar quarter. Employees may contribute 100% of their salary, not to exceed the annual dollar limit set by law each year. Omitron provides matching on a portion of the employees' contribution.
