OPR, a mentor protégé joint-venture with Omitron Inc. and Pearl River Technologies LLC was awarded the Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year at Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) for “outstanding efforts in developing and implementing innovative practices in support of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s Small Business Program.”

OPR continues to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions under the Flight Dynamics Support Services III contract in support of the GSFC’s flight dynamics mission, including  supporting the Flight Dynamics Facility and Conjunction Assessment Risk Analysis.  

OPR was awarded the Flight Dynamics Support Services III contract in 2019 and continues to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions under for the Flight Dynamics Facility and Conjunction Assessment Risk Analysis.
